LayOver Social Network™’s shop is our way to thank you for your participation in our crowd funding. We wanted to give you something in return other than just accepting donations. This is why we opened our shop and started selling our products.

Like in any crowd funding campaign, we consider your purchase as an investment in our project. Every body helps us financially so that we can work full time in the project and pay for every service we need to bring LayOver Social Network™ to life.

The return on your investment will be us, developing the tool we promised with the money we gathered thanks to you.

This is why we do not accept returns and no refund will be made.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You won’t need this section. Because playing with your trust would only harm our project and reputation.

Because you are not supposed to deal with our providers mistakes, we promise to only send you products that aren’t defective. Our products are verified individually prior shipping to make sure that the one you will receive is up to our reputation.

The product you will receive will be as perfect as advertised. No bad surprises.

Shipping

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

shop.layoversn.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

shop.layoversn.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
